Conflict resolution and mediating training are mostly happen in the case of new problem or conflict. Mediation is a process in which a third party between two parties help to agreement in the case of disagreement by his arguments. The role of mediator is very important because mediator is the person which is respectable person in front of both parties. Both parties when fail to maintain satisfactory among them then they required a third person which is called mediator. We can say that to solve problems with efficient way a third party can play an important role.
